This research explores the current capabilities of the US military to use electromagnetic (EMF) devices to harass, intimidate, and kill individuals and the continuing possibilities of violations of human rights by the testing and deployment of these weapons.
In the 1950s and 60s the CIA began work to find means for influencing human cognition, emotion and behavior.
This research has included the use of wireless directed electromagnetic energy under the heading of “Information Warfare” and “Non Lethal Weapons.”
The Rise of the Neuro-Technocrats
New technological capabilities have been developed in black budget projects over the last few decades including the ability to influence human emotion, disrupt thought, and present excruciating pain through the manipulation of magnetic fields.
The US military and intelligence agencies have at their disposal frightful new weapons which could be directed against the public in the event of mass protests or civil disturbance.
Psychological Warfare and the related and mind control technologies may seem to be fringe topics, but the impact of these technologies and techniques is profound.
Our minds are being impacted through a longstanding series of programs aimed at manipulating public opinion through intelligence agencies, think tanks, corporate media and a host of shadow NGO designed to engender fear, division and uncertainty in the public.
Weapons designed for use against citizens, such as laser, electromagnetic, plasma, climatic, genetic and biotechnological are the central principle driving the modernization of national defense.
The potential for these weapons to be used for both good and bad deserves a great deal of attention, but there is little to be found in the media or discussed by our administration.

Official reports insist that the research involving experiments during the 1950s through the 1970s was destroyed. Yet, the scientists involved went without punishment, free to continue their careers.
Given the levels of ongoing EMF technology research today, and the recent retroactive approval of torture approved by the Military Commissions Act, it may be that human testing is occurring under post-9/11 national security protocols.
Given how long that the capabilities of electromagnetic field (EMF) technologies employed by the U.S. military and their potential for human rights violations through harassment, intimidation, and serious physical harm and death have been documented, it's surprising that many consider the topic to be within the realm of "conspiracy".
We can trace the origins of these endeavors to the CIA's mid-20th century initiatives where they worked hand in hand with private interests towards the ends of influencing human cognition, emotion, and behavior through psychological manipulation, isolation, drugs, hypnosis, and the use of directed electromagnetic energy, categorized under "Information Warfare" and "Non-Lethal Weapons."
Recent advancements, funded through undisclosed budgets, have yielded technologies capable of altering human emotions, disrupting thought processes, and inducing pain via magnetic field manipulation.
These innovations represent a new class of weaponry, potentially deployable against civilians during mass protests or civil unrest, encompassing laser, electromagnetic, plasma, environmental, genetic, and biotechnological tools.
Such developments signal a significant shift in national defense strategy, yet public discourse on these topics remains scant, overshadowed by the deceptive narratives crafted by intelligence agencies in liaison with corporate media, and various non-governmental organizations to effectively distort public perception.

Despite these revelations, it wasn't until 1997 that more stringent regulations on human experimentation were introduced, prompted by presidential directive. Yet, the destruction of records related to past experiments and the absence of accountability for the scientists involved raise concerns about the continuation of such practices under contemporary national security measures.

Given the criminal ongoing EMF technology research today which is clearly an affront to human rights, and recent approvals of torture ("rendition") approved by the Military Commissions Act of 2006, HR-6166, was an Act of Congress signed by President George W. Bush on October 17, 2006, it may be that human testing is occurring under post-9/11 national security protocols.
It also raises questions given about the various nefarious technologies that the Nazis were working on at the end of their regime - did these technologies come into the hands of the Allied victors and provide the proto-design for DARPA?
The "Military-Industrial Complex"
In his outgoing address on January 17, 1961, President Eisenhower coined the term, the "Military-Industrial Complex". He gave a veiled warning to the people about what was to come.
Today, we take the existence of the corporate-military-financial crime syndicate which runs the world for granted, as if it was due to some natural evolution, or even as if brought on by consent. In any event, this octopus has its tentacles of every area of your life.
The private, for-profit "Defense Industry", engineers and initiates all of our wars in alliance with the upper echelons of government (the "Deep State" or shadow government) and the power elites (the billionaire class). The trillions of dollars involved in the non-lethal weapons industry is growing and military contractors are reaping the profits. Corporations also have the power to determine which studies will reach the public. And the military will allow negative or alarming studies to remain unreported or lost in a sea of classified documents.
In 1996, Emmett Paige Jr., then Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence, cited a statement from a Soviet general made over a decade prior, emphasizing the strategic importance of controlling the electromagnetic spectrum in future conflicts. Paige Jr. affirmed the U.S. Department of Defense's dedication to mastering this domain in any forthcoming engagements.
A 2004 document by the US Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate titled "Crowd Control Modeling and Simulation" explores the potential of electromagnetic weapons to modify the behavior of human groups.
Such technologies, capable of altering emotions, impairing cognitive functions, and causing pain and chaos, present several ethical and operational dilemmas. These include the generation of fear, confusion, and irrational actions, which contradict the principles of a democratic society and the orderly conduct of warfare by fostering a cycle of escalating repression.
Moreover, these weapons operate covertly, without physical evidence of their use, and from a distance, disconnecting operators from the consequences of their actions. The infringement on individual autonomy and the prospect of mind control represent grave violations of human rights. There is also evidence that shows inks between brain cancer and EMF.
And it is mind control, the full-spectrum dominance of the human mind which is the next battlefield, as this "5G or Fifth-Generation Warfare" will grant significant advantage to be gained by the first nation to develop such mind-influencing weaponry.
This is exactly why we see the cabal of the corporate estate that orchestrates propaganda in all of its forms key to the military industrial complex.
From Big Tech, Big Pharma, and all multi-nationals, which are now largely majority-owned by private equity firms like BlackRock (BR is the 3rd largest economy in the world behind the US and China and coincidentally heavily invested in all sorts of conflicts around the world, most notably in Ukraine), are so vital to the state's security and surveillance apparatus.
Mind Control
By examining and replicating the human brain and nervous system, it becomes feasible to exert mental influence or induce confusion. Inducing currents into the brain's electrical circuits could lead to depressive states and feelings of profound desolation.
Additionally, through the manipulation of sensory perception, it might be possible to project artificial images or holograms, disorienting an individual's sense of sight, or similarly disrupt their hearing, taste, touch, or smell.
Microwaves can impact humans in various ways, beyond the stated purpose of surface heating for crowd management by the military. These thermal heating devices are akin to tuning a car radio to access different frequencies, each producing a distinct effect.
Those sorts of very low frequencies can send communications directly into the brain, where only the intended recipient can hear them. (see the list of patents disclosed at the very bottom of this post below in case you do not believe that such technologies exist!)
So-called "Voice to Skull" or V2K are directed acoustic devices, operating within the principles of our neurological and sensory physiology and the physics of electromagnetic science, are essentially another form of mind control weaponry that produce infrasound in the human brain, to provoke an intended behavior.
Crowd Control, EMF, Directed Energy Weapons and High Power Microwave Program
It is not hyperbole to say that it feels like today we are all living in a dystopian science fiction film. Technocrats alongside DARPA research give us insight into the depths that these technologies are able to enhance US military personnel and manipulate the emotions and behaviors of the perceived enemy.
The electromagnetic spectrum has provided the military with a new battlefield - our minds - and with weapons, which are operational and in military and private use today in the form of energy waves which can disperse crowds with blasts of heat, pulsed energy projectiles, and high power microwave weapons.
Such a patent is held by Raytheon, their "Silent Guardian Protection System". Another sinister technology, aimed primary at protesters and such, can heat a person's skin, sending heat within millimeters of the skin's layers, causing instant pain and burning, towards the ends of crowd control.

Pulsed Energy Projectiles (PEPs) are another form of weaponry that is used to paralyze a victim with pain.
A technology known as Hypersonic Sound is used in a similar fashion. According to its inventor, Elwood Norris of American Technology Corporation (ATC), the handheld speaker can focus sound waves directly at a person without anyone else hearing the sound.
There have been companies such as "Mosquito" which use sound weapons to prevent teenagers from loitering, as it operates, emitting sound waves at frequencies only young people can hear.
The Long Rage Acoustical Device (LRAD), are used by our police departments across the country for crowd control, mass notification, and perimeter enforcement.
For instance, an unruly mob may not hear a warning to disperse with traditional acoustic technology, or border enforcement agents may need to warn an approaching intruder to turn away or face bodily harm. (In their numbers equivalent to the fifth largest army in the world, the NYPD, used LRAD weapons at the Republican National Convention)
This technology has the potential to inflict physical harm, emotional manipulation, and death, and can produce a 150 BD acoustic beam from 300 meters away. The human threshold for pain is between 120 to 140 decibels. This technology can inflict permanent brain and neurological damage and death despite its classification as a non-lethal weapon.
In 2006, the then Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne coldly proclaimed that these sorts of crowd control weapons should be tested on Americans first, saying that "If we're not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use it in a wartime situation.".
It shows us, if anything, what sort of psychopathological control freaks rule over us. To dismiss anyone's claims that they are the victim of these sorts of technologies.
